paper map warm staff cold room empty bin
The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The staff answered questions and showed us where to go on a map. They even drew on the map to guide us, though the parking was expensive.
The room got cold the first night. I had to ask at reception to turn on the radiators. I was surprised they were not on. There were stains on the bathroom walls.

the front desk staff were great. they answered questions and requests about lunch spots. they had a paper map they drew on with directions. air conditioning stopped to work and they got a portable fan quickly.
the room need more soundproofing. i heard noise from the hallway. also, the toilet area had no door.
